4qgv+1sUVHmjs---- my understanding is no front line VBG sellers were offered the VSP option. I do not think it is possible to volunteer to HR. Everyone in that role/VP structure would have to be offered.
If, by VZC, you are referring to Corporate, most people were eligible and received the email.
If AE means account exec and you are really referring to the Verizon business group, yes there were exclusions.
Bottom line, NO ONE can volunteer before 6/17.
What is VZC???
Coworker is an AE and she contacted HR and was able to volunteer for VSP. Even though VZC did not get the email.
There are no more invites. It was a mass email based on their selection criteria. They will not be adding to the list. If you haven't gotten one yet (check your spam folder), it means you are in an excluded group.
How could HR still have the invite after several days???? There are a lot of people on the wireless side of the business that would take this offer.
Praying for what?? Not getting rif’d. Who’s gonna do the work. Unless your at retirement age take it. If not, the job market is soft right now. Good luck. I have 25+ years in and gonna ride it out. All the ones that took the last one will tell you it was great. Of course it was, most of the ones I know that found gigs are already laid off from them. Be smart.
