When you are already a WF FTE, i don’t think there is any background check done if you apply for internal jobs but want to ask here to make sure. Are there any LOBs where you are required to report any incident?. We are humans and life happens.

Depends on the area. Some even have financial fitness checks multiple times a year.
Integrity is to own it. Code of Ethics can address your question. Failure to report could alter that life happens mantra.
having moved internally many times over the years I can't say I recall there being one done, but that doesn't mean they don't and that you didn't sign off on them doing so when they initially hired you.
Stay away from roles in WIM. They run background checks due to FINRA requirements.
Yes, background checks are still run even if you’re internal already.

Asking for example if internal transfers from
COO to CSBBL will require a background check.

I suppose it's possible there are very specific roles where a background check might be done on an internal, but I'm the vast majority of cases, no.
