No one here seems to notice that auditor has identified accreditation violations what can result in returning Title IV funds, or -- as in the case of the Eastern Gateway Community College scam -- closure. Yes, closure.
Read the audit report -- there are 105 references to OPM instructors in potential violation of 34 CFR 602 standards for faculty. And the accreditor WASC is just standing by -- if they don't act, WASC risks losing its recognition from the Secretary of Education.
