P4 Lead Business Execution Consultant bonus?

In a salary market like Minneapolis, Phoenix, etc (i.e. not NY or CA), what is the bonus target for this role? (Yes, there are still bonus targets, they're just not communicated to everyone like they used to be.)

I'm in a different job title class that is P5 but the salary range is very close, so I'm wondering if it's a lower bonus target that makes the LBE role a P4?

Is $25k a reasonable bonus target for a Lead Business Execution Consultant? Too high? Too low?

BE tended to pay higher bonuses than other areas when there were targets. You say there still are yet you don’t know what they are. Sigh. As a mgr I have to assign bonuses and there is no target other than use same budget (no COLA increase like before) as last year.

The primary skillset needed for a Business Execution Consultant is the ability to enormous amounts of shiat sandwiches on a daily basis.
