Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Asset servicing split up

So the word is Emily is loosing relationship and sales for AS. We will be re-org as part of Cathinka’s org and Emily will be left with product. As a RM it will be a welcomed changed versus the current which is often hysteria under EP.

EP was always on the fence with me. Then she qoute one, if not thee, worst people in history, Chinese dictator Mao. I forget the qoute.. something like "women fly in the sky". I wonder if Stallin or Hi---r ever said something nice about LGBQ+÷& people? If so, how long until she qoutes them too

“Flushable”. That was amazing. Her emails are disgustingly out of touch.

The unflushable Emily will be fine. She'll continue to take home her $8 million a year for being nothing but a hysterical sociopath

Did she “loose them” off of a dog chain or something, or are they all just “loosers”? Please provide clarification.

This has been the plan broadly for all commercially focused groups in each business (not just AS) so while you’re not wrong, it isn’t the indictment of EP that you’re making it out to be. She’s not “losing” relationship management and sales for any reason other than that the entire firm, including her business, is moving to the platform model and the commercial platform is unifying client interaction across the firm, ideally to be less siloed when representing the firm to clients.

Also idk if you’re actually an RM but the lack of spelling and grammar is concerning. I’m in the front office and I’ve never seen someone type the way you do when sending something to a client.

And all the chaos in her tenure (wfh layoffs) will be her legacy?

Good for her. To think she has been significantly demoted - twice!- while surviving/maintaining a hefty salary. Whomever hired her in the first place should pay the price; if not he, then his predecessor.

@OP

Uhhh… I think that the word for which you're hunting is “losing”.

No worries, we’ve always got the backs of our University of Phoenix grads here.

If this is true, thank goodness It’s unreal she makes $8mm ie EP. RR had to go, but if she really just has product then she will be run out within 2 years as well
