Anyone have updates on ECMO (complaints) seems like volumes in my queue has dipped but not enough for us to have a break

Totally agree EO is under 100 but Lob is backed up the off shore dont work them fast enough so they seem when they are past sla theygo to EO just saying
I’ve noticed a lot of LOB cases escalated to EO have pulse notes saying the overseas teams are working them because the follow up method is email or letter. The US reps get the phone calls until they get escalated to EO to be worked.
Unsure but we do have a surprise all team call later today ….
They’re probably routing a chunk offshore to make sure they can bare minimum handle it and then they’ll turn on the spigot full blast once they lay off all but a skeleton crew retained stateside.
