It's been said, timeline is unknown but have lease till fall of 2025. They are hoping people go on their own before then or get let go for performance. We believe there will be some line of businesses still at barnhart till summer of 2025

Today’s layoffs were labeled as part of an Efficiency Strategy which is different from Location Strategy
50 in CARDS were laid off today in total, 2 of the 50 from Barnhart.
