Citi increased maternity leave to 24 weeks. Will Bank of America do the same?

“Only offers 16 weeks”. Some of us got zero or at best, 6 weeks when we had a baby and our husbands got nothing. 16 weeks would have been a dream!

Citi also micro manages when you step away from your desk, i.e. bathroom, lunch, etc.

Yea citi offers 24 weeks paid. BOFA only offers 16 weeks paid. That’s a difference of 8 weeks

This bank already has paternal leave of 16 weeks plus an additional 10 weeks unpaid for a total of 26 weeks. Is Citi 24 weeks fully paid?

Right now, you could take as long as you want for maternity/paternity leave at Bank of America, you just won’t get paid. Period.

Put it in the employee survey if you want 5 year paternity or maternity leave, you could do continuous paternity.

By the way, some state pay you full time to take care of autistic kids so have as many special ads kids as you desire!!!! Congrats!!!!
