Employees who agree with this thread are a part of a major reason Intel is going down fast. The quality of employees has tanked since 2016. Now Intel is a welfare center for the old and under skilled which actually needs subsidies/handouts from the government to survive. You didn't get a bonus because it is based on earnings and there were none. I would tell you to get a real job but there is a reason that you are still here. You can't spend 5+ years on a turn around and expect the competition to be sitting there waiting for you to catch up. They were speeding a head while Intel was trying to get its sh!t together.

By the way, QPB is measured in single days of bonus so how does your simple mind translate that into weeks? 3 days worth of QPB would have been a average return in the past. 3 weeks of QPB never happened in history of Intel even summing up all 4 quarters in the best year.

It is not just Intel that is in trouble it is America in general. Millennials and younger have awful work ethics and are so entitled.
