WARN notices Google doc

Not saying this is 100% accurate, but is a good place to start. You can then check for your specific state on their employment commission site.

This site has a link to a Google doc of WF WARN notices.

In Maryland, WF is not filing warn notices even though they are laying off. Something to do with remote only? Or are they just hiding info?

I thought the whole reason for the 60 day paid notice period before severance was so that WFC could file WARN notices the same day the corresponding employees were told their position is being eliminated. Wouldn’t that mean that most, if not everyone whose job is included in those numbers already knows?

Hi, I work in the layoff department, and can confirm that there probably won't be any layoffs today.
