In Maryland, WF is not filing warn notices even though they are laying off. Something to do with remote only? Or are they just hiding info?
I thought the whole reason for the 60 day paid notice period before severance was so that WFC could file WARN notices the same day the corresponding employees were told their position is being eliminated. Wouldn’t that mean that most, if not everyone whose job is included in those numbers already knows?
