Too many PEs, Senior PEs, Fellows doing grade 8 work (especially in NEX in Austin, Texas under Sachin Katti)! Fire them including Sachin Katti his direct reports and downgrade all the PEs, Senior PEs, Fellows to grade 8-9!!!

Lived through that whole chart except prior to 1993. Information did not flow freely through the organization, so particular mid and upper managers basically locked down ideas, investments, and innovation. Once BK became CEO and DEI culture crept in starting around 2012 it was game over.
