Heard CX is on a hiring freeze with the caveat that apparently each region has the right to change that…find that odd. Also heard V2MAMA is officially gone

Hire as needed and you are needed if you fit the profile that we say. Got it. Freeze is just a facade. If you do not see through that that this must be your first day on the job
V2MOM and V2MAMA are both gone. Yay!
CX is totally scrambled. CX hired so many useless and unwanted novice leaders in last 2-3 years. And CX engineering is worst with no clue what they are doing. They run as autonomous body.
unfortune that they are no longer hiring people to do nothing.
