Then they need to raise wages the corresponding amount…my contract states I get an x % yearly bonus.

At least twice, he mentioned 1st quarter free cash flow is lower due to the HUGE bonuses the worker bee's got. You can bet if they don't remove the bonus, they're going to change the formula on the bonus structure to make sure it's much lower going forward

Pascal just gave the answer. We are at 2.9 and on track to get to 2.5 times.

At least 1 more round this year followed by 2-3 next year.

Stinky said a few years ago 75k was about the right size.
