How many useless managers who are creating a lot of no-value work for employees does Verizon have? It's like they feel the need to give you extra stuff to do to justify their existence when all they're doing is taking time away from the tasks that need to be done. This is driving me insane to the point that I'm considering quitting.

Yep useless tasks due to incompetent managers and incompetent hiring. Incompetent lazy managers unable to utilize basic tools for project/workload analysis. No intent of teams learning. No common sense to gauge skills. If you are a good all rounder in tasks, these incompetent managers will make sure to dump it all on you. He-l they will dump their work and tasks on you too. You do all the hard work, while they get all praises and shine. While the other team members can't even pull/analyze data for their own projects. All favoritism, lazy bodies just put together and taking advantage of the system.
Honestly not sure how these low life folks are able to go under the radar.
This is the verizon that will make the company #move forward.
Is it not obvious here anybody who works in tech is indian what's going on with the 1 sided hiring there are many countries in the world not just india

I used to be in the useless task dept, and it wasn’t all that bad..a little boring, but ok
