No management is running around like a bunch of lost sheep, wondering when the Stank is going to pick them out of the herd and send them on their merry way. The policies and benefits of years past are gone, everyone going forward are here just for the check, the bonus and those change yr/yr along with title, TSR, etc..

I have a feeling bonuses are going to be much smaller going forward too because Stankey brought it up twice in the meeting about how generous they are which is hurting first quarter free cash flow numbers. Don’t forget, Vanguard and Blackrock are much more important than the human capital.

Nice play on words, “win the strike”. We are ready but need to be strategic, ULP then walk with D3, if the company won’t bargain in good faith. The trolls will continue to wonder, when?

“ Keep saving your beanies, only about 3 months left D3 then, again 5 days till May 1. Tick Tock”

We all knew the goof Mr. Tick Tock would be back. What new broken promises and empty threats do you have for the upcoming “no contract- no strike “ week ?

You union goofs wrap up another week of complaining and no new contract, better yet empty promises to hold the company accountable ….you goofs are weaker that T’s balance sheet. It’s fun watching while you slugs sit on the edge of your seat and chat among yourselves which benefits you’ll say goodbye too. See you in the yard Monday …smh

D3 isn’t afraid to walk, did it last time, 2019, one short ULP strike, settled. We were and still are ready to go much longer if needed. 1969 strike, T tried playing hardball with the union, 18 days later it ended. The union got of their the biggest raise ever, with healthcare premiums paid in full, the raise and benefit total was 20% over 3 years. The union was initially just asking for cost of living raises, just like today but because the company was greedy and forced a strike, it cost them much more.

We don’t want to bankrupt the company but just get our fair share, the leadership has already done a good job of nearly bankrupting. Exec’s compensation packages with salaries and bonuses are out of control and way out of line with traditional pay. 100’s times the avg. employee’s wages. The avg. CEO’s pay In 1965 was 15 to 1. They are robbing their employees of good benefits, wages and continual layoffs to survive. Greed!

Nobody cares. It’s a layoff board, not a union nutsac forum.

We might as well ask for the moon and wait for District 3 contract expiration on August 3rd. Then we walk out with them.
