We have a stock that's languished for over a decade and pays a sub-par divvy. Why invest in this tub when I can get 5+% in a good old T-Bill with far less risk? They just need sell off or to go private or the ELT needs to step aside for stronger leadership.
We have equality of opportunity, but Cisco is opting for equality of outcome. DEI is a weak play. We need to do better.

Fran is the first reaction, I still laugh when she proudly told Oprah about loves and hates in Teamspace and Oprah basically said I don't play those stupid games, her face going blank and quickly moving on was priceless. But honestly it still has to be Chuck, the fish rots from the head down.
