Cisco needed Splunk. Declining hardware sales and lack of innovation is what is hurting Cisco. Welcome to the new world.
Splunk was a very hostile place for women, minorities, and even white men. Racist and misogynist. It had to be sold but cisco didn't do its due diligence. Now they finna suffer.
Did Splunk help them reach their DEI goals?
