How long does my manager have to give me points if I used no ppto. It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t gotten a point.

They get 14 days to approve or reject your points. After the 14 days if they didn't do it in the system they drop off as if it never happened.
@5iwe+1sgXVtk5 wow.. you don't know much do you... management can let that stuff slide for a long time and use it literally months later when they want to gather enough to fire you. That's why you remind them. Many people get fired thinking that since the points are not showing they can miss again. Then bam the ones not showing mysteriously show up and you are fired. I have seen that happen many times. Management is always looking to fire any and everyone. You may think you are friends with a manager but they are keeping track of everything you do in case they want to fire you some day. Just like most cops believe that if you exist and are not a cop then you are a criminal just waiting to be arrested.
Why would anyone remind a manager to give them points🤣 it’s 6 weeks according to my club manager and after that they add or take off if you got a point for a day you used ppto, because that happens to
as long as he wants... he may let that go for months on end then when he wants to fire you guess what you have too many points.... Our managers do that a lot. Let those points go and go and go. The well guess what we are mad at you and you have too many points... if you want it done right remind your manager that your points have not shown up yet...
