Yes, this is a Layoff board but dont be fooled - WF has added 1000's of jobs overseas. Instead of b!tching on this board why not be what WF does not want you to be an be, an activist for all your fellow team members. WF does not want the public to know they are sending your jobs to India and the only way to get their attention is to ensure the public hears about this so they can pull their $$ out of WF and cause it to fail ats Wachovia did. Organize a companywide walk out in an area with heavy headcount, such as Charlotte, to demand a change to the way the company is operating. Remember this is NOT only remote employees but will impact a great deal of hard-working individuals as well.

There is more offshore help than what is in teamwork. So global "counts" might not be accurate. @lpy+1si05Vw6 Not all the offshore have emails. Same with login IDs. When I left I emailed to a "group" email. It might be different now.

It would probably be more impactful to notify regulators they are offshoring risk roles considering how much hot water WF has been in.
