RTO of 8 days a month is expected, but managers are encouraged to be flexible, understanding, and inclusive. Tracking attendance is not happening, according to communication. They don’t expect change immediately. And, this is not hub related, nor is it due to lack of productivity, but rather to encourage and develop VTeam culture and BS “belonging”

Just informed on our VGS all hands that we are RTO two days a week.

Well half way through the day and have yet to see the much fear Verizonpocalypse.
RTO announcement is happening tomorrow (4/30). All US non-union. I haven't heard anything about layoffs one way or the other.
Can confirm a layoff process is underway within Verizon Connect
