McElfresh being groomed to take over?

Found it curious he always seems to be the go-to for a lot of the questions. I figure he is being groomed and positioned to take over for the Stank. They even had matching sneakers!

Speaking of sneakers. I'm guessing the uniform policy (for those to whom it applies) or business casual is out the window now? Most all of the leaders seem to present these town halls in sneakers, jeans, tshirts and such nowadays. Guess I can wear that into the office now too?
Saw a pic of a female AVP on a job site recently bragging about "leadership in action" yet had on below the ankle white keds styled sneakers. Guess the 'rules for thee but not for me' was in effect for her that day.

The Stink definitely needs all the grooming he can get. Grooming others, nah, the Stink does not share well.

It was a little odd that they were both wearing Sambas. Originals too, not the Messi special edition that's actually T colors.

I think he said you can’t cut your way to growth which is generally true IMO.

Most of my office time was jeans and sneakers. There were several guys in shorts. No one said a thing. The ask was go to the office, it never said with dress clothes.

What are you wearing? Last 10 years in Finance and ATS my org and others we interacted with have adorned jeans and sneakers.

McElfresh has been short-horned ever since the comment he made to Stankey in a live meeting something to the effect of not being able to cut his way to profitability. Stankey can’t take any suggestions or constructive criticism, only likes the rubber stampers.

Stanky is definitely a groomer.

They're trying to appeal to the younger workers they want to hire. I remember about 15 years ago all the execs started wearing the thick black framed glasses trying to get the hipster look appealing to some younger talent. I doubt some of them even needed glasses - they were probably plain lenses. Some of them made some dorky youtube videos getting in all the buzzwords in at that time - like automation, virtualization, SDN, big data, etc.
