Thread regarding Pioneer Natural Resources Co. layoffs

Am I the only one waiting till midnight to pop the Champagne?

Let's get this one closed. Bye-bye nepotism, bye-bye insecure leaders, bye-bye "best culture".

I am not naive to think these will be different in any other company, but it still gives me a joy to see disappointed a$$kissers who got their position in hopes to retire but did not get to live that.

Good Luck to the PXDers. Life is very exciting in the actual oilfield. You’ll get to do things that your vegetable bosses shot down for years now. Seems bad at first but you’ll get more control once Exxon finds out the legacy PXD managers can’t find their index finger.
