What kind of language is this?
How much did you get in settlement and did you hire an attorney for the settlement to happen?
Generally you'd want to ask why you're being scored this way. My manager ended up retaliating at one point and got his croonies to team up trying to axe my role. Walked away with a settlement and found a much better role elsewhere. Pretty sure that team is getting the axe in terms of layoffs. Lots of harassment and discrimination working these roles, I wouldn't recommend accepting any roles with this company and taking your business elsewhere. The writing is on the wall.
