Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

CWA UNION SU-K

You take our money and you stab us in the back by NOT NOTIFYING US OF YOUR DECISIONS to move us to mobility while we’re still under our own present contract. Yet when we had to come back to the office you notified us to complete survey/questionnaire to be filled out so you can present it for our next contract … what happened you got paid under the table to f…. Is!

Mobility has the best contract. Read the contract before start crying. Stop being naive .

Looks like a crack in the CWA wall of integrity. Just remember they answer to the Democrats not the members. Just keep paying those dues and help finance those libs re-election campaigns. Those lying TV adds are expensive and those career politicians need your help !

When you switch over to mobility don't resign to stay in the union. They have to allow those wanting to get out to do so since this is a new contract we are being transferred into.

We're all going to get laid off sooner or later and it all comes down to: WHAT DO I GET WHEN I GO?? Well I get TWO years pay thanks to CWA. Of course some will have some smarta$$ response about how and why I won't ever actually get that 2 years but I don't care.

yep file an NLRB complaint, although it may not go anywhere. tou sign a blue card and pay your money then you basically gave them the right to do whatever they want on your behalf.

kind of like Honeypot in D3 not including some job titles in the super secret MOA no layoffs, or the frame workshare, or having another job title doing work of another job title, etc.

you also have a right to decertify and have another election for another union to represent but you will need a petition with at least 30% of your coworkers.

File a board charge with the NLRB, for failure to represent.

CWA is out of touch with the mobility group! No communications at all, no answers! We as reps dig and go around the locals to get answers and things done‼️

WOW! Is the mobility contract the one that’s like 20 pages??? Does your pay stay the same?
