Anybody got any info about what’s going down? I have heard rumors of combo teams coming back and TLs going salary so far.

To the person who was the CSTL, I'm sorry that happened to you. In my store it was the opposite. I had to take on Ecom/CS and the Ecom TL is being moved to another store where he'll be the CS ATL. STLs decided who they were keeping and sending.
Someone explain what is a food safety administration position??
Not to disagree with that last comment to much. But I've been a CS Team Leader for over 10 years, and I'm the one being reassigned to another store as an ATL.
Food Safety Administrator has been eliminated. Depending on their experience they'll fill an open TL or ATL position. E-com and CS becoming one team. E-com TL moved to an ATL position on the CS Team or another. The CSTL now becomes the TL for both- for no wage increase 😒 The plus side is that SSS and Sanitation go to ASTL points, so that eliminates some of the extra work.

Some regions still have shifties n maintenance TMs, all gone

My STL just got here and it’s his day off. First thing he did was call both ASTLs here into their office and sh-t the door. Pretty sure some truth to the rumors. Just don’t know what yet.

Last time restructuring happened they didn’t interview for open positions until they knew if a TL losing a spot would want to apply regardless of what team it was.
With level 2 and leadership positions being left open, this makes sense
I'd be a TL having to reapply for a job that ironically used to be mine 2 years ago. Su-ks so bad to have already been the Ecomm/CSTL before the split into two teams to now have to interview against my former ATL who is now the Ecomm TL. You can't make this stuff up. I'm hoping to be offered a severance package as an alternative. I'm not sure that I want to have to fight to get a job that was previously mine before WFM decided to make it two. Ecom is also a bigger beast than it was before. I'm also not interested in doing 3x the amount of work for probably the same amount of money. Ridiculous.
If anyone is saying it didn’t work the first time think about it like this with team combos. If you combine three teams that forces two TLs to step down or leave the company then a little while later on you back fill those two roles with somebody who makes less money. The company makes more money for the period of having two less TLs then the lower paid TL replace them. I’m not condoning this but to think the company cares if something works or that TM happiness is even considered is insanity.
Which 10 teams are becoming 6 teams? Also, didn't they already do this and it failed. We already had grobody+specialty and meat/seafood.

No one but STLs know for sure. The prevailing rumor is that E-commerce is merging with CS. But at this point it's all speculation and we will have to wait until Tues
