Does anyone know what date you must work beyond this year, if on displacement watch, where you still receive your bonus and 401k matching?

The 401k match during the last week of the year thing should be illegal
Technically, you have to be an employee (or meet requirements of being retired. -see TW for definition) on 12/15 of the year. This proven by someone I know who retired on/after 12/15 but before 12/31. All this in TW.
Even if you pass the 9/30 mark, not guaranteed, up to your manager
9/30 for bonus but have to be an employee at end of year for 401k matching.
The date is 9/30.
