Has there been any official communication on in office time required during our 3 days? What is everyone doing?

8 Hours
It depends on the building you are in, I know mine can’t track time only that you badged in. I average 2 hours in the office then bounce. I have no coworkers or management at my hub location, and I’m so happy about it
It’s 6 hours but it’s not yet being enforced. They are monitoring and they know exactly how long you are actually in the office. 4 hours of PTO count as a day in the office so many people maybe spend 4 hours in the office.
@vsk+1soB0HTo I've noticed that too. It's comical. I roll in early quite often and most the lot I park in is full. If you get in around 9, the lots are pretty much full. I often have to take early meetings so I can't get to the office early. And by like early/mid afternoon the office is pretty empty. If you're there at 5-- ghost town.
RTO is SO 2023. Does anybody actually care anymore?
I think the answer to the d-mb question is like 6 hours.
Another d-mb post
"As I said before… “first rule about fight club…Is you don’t talk about fight club” OP there is your answer"
Word.
This is all you need to know so this means keep your mouth shut.
It’s out of the Orwellian playbook. Triangulate and get the peasants to snitch on each other.
a group of 4 of us just has 1 person swipe all 4 in. we all come in once a month, grab lunch together, and pass on the badges to the next person. no issues so far
Our group under the COO is 4 hours min on site, 3 days a week. They monitor badges and IP address.
Chandler is half empty by noon and 90% empty by 3:00. If it’s so productive why isn’t the full day somehow enforced?
24/7/365 until Shart fires you for being in the wrong building even though he told you what building you had to go to in the first place.
So many questions where implementation is up to LOBs and business units.
I sleep there, can't afford holiday inn.
As I said before… “first rule about fight club…Is you don’t talk about fight club” OP there is your answer
go in for however long you want and if it isn't enough your manager will let you know eventually
I was told by a manager ”if your hours were 8 hours in office before wfh , then they are 8 hours now unless officially communicated otherwise (which the firm hasn’t)” . Not the answer I liked but it’s logical.
Basically the don’t ask this again response.
Nice try HR
Sorry all, I was going to try commuting to a hub to see if that made a difference in staying. I didn’t realize this has been discussed before. I am new to this board.
No one knows how to enforce RTO…. except coworker snitches
Stop asking this.
Please. Enough with this questions. Stop feeding hr spies with things to put on employees.
