Manager has been emailing me the last couple of days asking what I am working on, timelines, projects, etc. Never had this happen before and it’s a week before the earnings call and LRs….Coincidence? I think not.

They need the info to fill in the new employee evaluation/review tool. They wouldn't be asking for this if it was LR related.
It's safe to say that if the "LR fairy" doesn't visit in May, it WILL at fiscal year end. Bet.
Just wait, there will also be a sudden increase in PIPs issued just beforehand. Most of them will be unfounded. But when you have garbage for managers, they will try and "manage" you out the best way they know how: from the safety of their trash cans.

A clueless, out-of-touch "manager" that has to actually ask what their personnel is currently working on, needs to be the first to go.
So when are the next LR announcements expected ?
Same in our group - they also cancelled several employee trips to live - not looking good.
