I heard CSBB Change Management jobs are being moved to technology from the business and possibly roles will be eliminated or moved to India. Before agile these would be program and project managers. The communication is coming soon. Can anyone fill in the blanks?

All CSBB Scrum Masters were moved to IT a few years ago and the work, including the regulatory CA, still isn’t getting done. Tech PMs have been eliminated. For years we’ve been hearing the analysts are being eliminated since they aren’t an “agile” role. There’s so much risk with all these competing layoffs/cuts and the dust hasn’t even begun to settle on location strategy. Very scary time to be a WF customer!
ALL YOUR JOB ARE BELONG TO US!
Are they the people that roll coins for the branches?
So we get a CEO who has no value....a firm with no competitive advantage....just layers of management and outdated technology. Charlie is an id--t..
So..
Good riddance
well, there goes nothing being delivered and more reputational issues
Everyone is at risk. There's a lot of duplication. If they eventually get scrum, Agile, and ServiceNow working like it's supposed to a lot of roles will be eliminated. Agile isn't supposed to be people heavy in order to work the way it's supposed to.
Huge elimination will be done this month. Wait for email communication.

They want to eliminate more than half.
Having been in CSSB Change Management there is plenty of duplication with technology. Tech was moving slowly with Agile and our large contingent of so called Agile experts kept creating scrum master and other jobs that should have been in tech. Knew this was coming at some point.
It’s the old tug of war between business and tech. Tech thinks they can run this better. TK will blow up the business.
Why don’t they just wait for location strategy to eliminate half of the staff?
