Results have been shared and are being reviewed by executives.
" WHO CARES?"
I don't think anyone really "cares" ...but it is interesting and such a telling moment where here this third party survey that they paid a lot of money for, and spent so much time "strongly urging" all non-bargained for to complete...seems to have now been locked in a closet never to see the light of day OR is being aggressively scrubbed, skewed, spun what have you.
Our L4 spoke to it on a call recently when asked about it. They shared that they were in some executive training in Dallas last week and Stank basically started in on them telling them that the "culture" problem is their fault. They didn't phrase it exactly this way, but this is what one with a reasonable level of intelligence could imply from what they said.
My personal feeling is that the report shone such a bad light on EXECUTIVE leadership and our faith in them, that they just don't know what to do with it.
Besides the usual; blame everything on the L3 and L2 management and charge them with "fixing" it. Which most of us that have been around a while know ultimately means some more mandatory training courses that we don't have time for. When all the rank and file really want to see, are BIG changes at the C suite level.
Where are the results? Locked away for only a few eyes to see and not for public dissemination (i.e. they are very bad). LOL
“WHO CARES?”
Usually corporate employees.
they are accelerating layoffs now that they have gotten the culture results
WHO CARES?
That survey is just another box that leadership needs to check. Nothings going to make out of it.
This is just more of the same. Don't record town halls or don't make them available to anyone but a select group of people. That way they can tell one group one thing and another something else.
The culture survey says we have a staff infection. We’re going to have to cut that out.
Nothing but racists running the company at every level. Starting from Ashley Siller to low level managers.
Nothing gets done and cycle starts all over when they get promoted. I have known so many qualified people that have lost their jobs and HR does nothing.
To the poster below, yours is the third post I have seen about tomorrow being the last day. Is it directly related to RTO or a surplus unrelated to not moving? The 9th does not line up with any date on the surplus calendar. Any luck with a job search ?
You’ll never see them and it’s not even been discussed at the AVP Director or Mgr level. The results were so damaging that we would see a bunch of calls with leadership over the next few weeks talking about layoff that were completed as of Tomorrow May 9th and the excellent strategy of legacy declines. They told us do the legacy declines but don’t admit it but will give you a quota on it. The extraordinary executive leadership said that the revenues of 5g and fiber won’t replace the legacy decline- seriously and you approve it!! That pays the dividends. No Chit Wellday!!! You’re a rocket scientist only conserved with your wealth and not the direction of the company. Take your BS slide share It to he board like you said and blow smoke up their A$$. You think people believe your BS you’re kidding me. Off payroll tomorrow and couldn’t be happier. Severance!!! Good luck to those left, you’ll need it with this leadership or lack there of. Good riddance- #great life after T!
The culture survey results are here. Turns out JVB has a yeast infection.
That survey is just another box that leadership needs to check. Nothings going to make out of it.
It’s meaningless anyway. Who cares.
Release the results!
The results? WTF? Who needs a survey just ask any employee and they will tell you that T has no culture or class. Sh-t show double feature!
and you care because?
Just like the financials, survey results are cooking now.
I have a feeling they will release something at some point that spins the data positively and at most pays lip service about meaningless improvements that will just add more cr-p to our jobs.
I also think the higher ranking people - L3 or L4 and up gave positive feedback and at the end of the day, they are the only ones that matter for the c-suite.
If they never release anything, you know it was a real sh-t show similar to how the promised recording of Stankey’s age remarks never materialized.
“Not going to happen. They were way too bad.”
Has anyone on here seen the results?
I know we all KNOW they were bad, but has anyone that’s seen them leak a bit of what they were like?
Not going to happen. They were way too bad.
we wont see those results, as the validate the everyday worker, not the C-suite.
Be the change you want to see in the world.
They never release results. Why people what we all know ?
Good question!
