Getting training tomorrow which I’ve done all my life, like so weird! Lowest paid employee but I’ve done this sh-t all my life. Oh wow,! we’re gonna actually do sh-t normally with project management. It makes me sick! Ha🤪

Your writing certainly screams low paid employee.
From Wells? There is NO project management at Wells? There is facilitation -- not project management. If the training is from outside of Wells and Wells doesn't put its "spin" on it, it might be useful.
Before being laid off people need to "upskill" and normalize themselves. Prepare tor the world out there.
