Lots of talk in my group for action on Tuesday. My manager has given strong indicators that my group will be shaken up next week. Will I stay or will I go now? I quit ki-ling myself a couple years ago, maybe my "numbers" are low and I'll be let go. Either way, I don't care, I'm ready for a vacation.

@nlx+1sr9ksGZ it's so sad that this is the state of WF, where every Tuesday after payday is traumatic.

I guess this the iss Wells Fargo "strategy" — layoffs and offshoring every other week. To h-ll with soaring risk, gaps and errors.

How many has nothing to do with holidays, etc

It only has to do with how much the displacement ops can process.

If the business case is a simple one, more can be processed. If complex, fewer can be processed.

The DO pipeline is always full.

I think it has potential to be a larger than normal one too. The next Tuesday after payday is after memorial day, so there is potential to be less than and more next week.

I found an online quiz to help answer that.

Instructions: Follow this simple checklist, for any date:

  1. Is the date in question the Tuesday after a payday? (if 'yes' add one point)

Scoring:
0 = Maybe. There could be layoffs any day.
1 = Yes. There will be layoffs today.
