Hoping that there will be a package. Too many nepotism and bullying within certain organizations. Verizon used to be a well respected place to work with integrity and great culture. It’s time to update the credo and start putting integrity, respect and humanity at the forefront. Both internally and externally. Instead of focusing on increasing prices. Innovate and spin the focus on what really matters at the end of the day. People matters. Everyone will leave this earth, what counts is humanity. No one will remembered by greed. C’mon people aren’t you tired of the rat race? One last thing, colleagues and peers should help each other in the work force, get rid of the “individual contributor” title, it’s not about “I” it’s “WE”, which equals to success as a
whole. I hope someone reads this post and makes the difference from the TOP. Sincerely a soul with a pure heart.

I don't see how they won't given they panicked and hired a bunch of field technicians they don't need. Their is no work anywhere and we're loosing customers like crazy. Makes no sense to have half the work force replacing closures on cables with no working lines. That being said they probably won't do it because it makes sense.
