IMO, I think the next four Tuesdays after payday will see alot of people laid off. A crunch for making heads roll before June 30, 2024 (end of the second quarter). Tuesday, 5/14/2024. Tuesday, 5/28/2024. Tuesday, 6/11/2024, Tuesday, 6/25/2024. I could be off base. But a 4.5 million dollar raise for Shart seems like that would put an unexpected crunch on this second quarter..

If you’ve lost somebody critical to your operations, make some noise about it. I’ve heard a rumour that it could actually make a difference right now.
At the professional level many of us work without any real supervision. They’re letting people go without even understanding what they were doing, let alone the impact it will cause.
Probably more tech before moving on to product.
We lost a few tech employees last round. They shave off a few here and there. I found out by email that my technology contact is zz. No one told us, and we relied on this person in our area.
The problem is they get rid of people without filling in the process gaps. It's insane.
Predictions? We’ll just like it’s most certain that the sun will come up tomorrow, TK will continue to cheerlead her way to a paycheck while still bluffing her way through any technology knowledge. It is certain that Chuckles is too d-mb to notice he has the weakest head of tech in any industry.
