This is nothing. Tolstedt stole millions of dollars from our customers by creating fake customer accounts. But she never went to prison. This is the kind of leadership Wells Fargo has, what do you expect? A fish rots from the head down.

He's taking a page out of the WF exec playbook (Stump, Tolstedt, Sloan, etc.). Next, he'll pull a Sloan and demand $$$ back from WF.

I wouldn't work in a financial role over the controversy's around the U5 issues. Many are set-up to fail or thrown under the bus to hide or protect the company. Happens often, even at JPM. At the end of it, theft is theft and this person destroyed their prospects by damaging their U5 file. Sounds like this employee found greener pastures elsewhere and WF did what they could to ruin that. Classic. Yet still there's sc-m management and leadership. Flabbergasted.
