Charlie is thankful that he receives a big raise every time he reduces the headcounts. He appreciates your sacrifice.

Grateful I have my over 25 year package to parachute me to the next gig! Good riddance it’s time to jump of the wagon…

Hey sweet summer child, this is a LAYOFF site. Go back to LinkedIN with that speech.

Wrong forum — you can take your positivity down the hall to the focus room.

We talk layoffs and dysfunction here, buying time for our severance, until we get kicked off the stage coach (and hopefully already starting to look for the next landing pad).

I'm thankful for the WF severance package I got last year that's still giving me a 2nd check every 2 weeks while I work for a great company. 😁

I'm thankful that I worked for WF when my job was actually great and the execs didn't spend every waking minute trying to make me miserable enough to leave.

What I DO know is there are big things happening Tuesday on my team. Now I get to wonder until then if I'm on the "list." I hope I am, I want to move on and let this toxic, hostile nightmare end.

@huu
Come back to this board sometimes to remind myself how fortunate I am.

Sure you do. LOL

I am thankful that I was offered a great role outside of that dumpster fire a few months ago. Come back to this board sometimes to remind myself how fortunate I am.

This is the type of toxic positivity that keeps the workforce compliant, Pollyanna.

I am thankful that we outsource. That we will be poor and have to print more money.

I am thankful that my nightmare at Wells Fargo is almost over and that I'll be getting a large severance payout.

I am thankful for outsourcing and H1b visa. Wells Fargo works for BRICS nations to replace American dollar.

I'm positive most of our jobs are going to India or The Philippines.

I am positively speaking. Your job is probably gone. Your career at Wells Fargo is toast. It would help if you were positively singing kumbaya as well and preparing for that. Prepare by upskilling (learning how less dystopian banks work) or preparing for retirement.

lol. You know you’re posting on the dumpster fire that is TheLayOff right? This isn’t a sub on Reddit where everyone wants to sing kumbuya.
