We talk layoffs and dysfunction here, buying time for our severance, until we get kicked off the stage coach (and hopefully already starting to look for the next landing pad).
I'm thankful for the WF severance package I got last year that's still giving me a 2nd check every 2 weeks while I work for a great company. 😁

I am thankful I was offered a job with another institution at a higher salary.
What I DO know is there are big things happening Tuesday on my team. Now I get to wonder until then if I'm on the "list." I hope I am, I want to move on and let this toxic, hostile nightmare end.

I am positively speaking. Your job is probably gone. Your career at Wells Fargo is toast. It would help if you were positively singing kumbaya as well and preparing for that. Prepare by upskilling (learning how less dystopian banks work) or preparing for retirement.
