well i really don't thinks so .Give them a 6and 6 package with a 2k a mouth till the reach S.S age then you will get 50% to leave. you are going to hire 400 plus techs and there no work or trucks for them. do the math it works for both sides.

I have 30 years and without a package I will stay another 4 to 6 years. Why? I'm not old enough to draw on my 401k, the job is easy, I have seniority, and the pay is descent. If they offer a package, I would leave now. I would pocket the buyout and continue working somewhere else. So it's up to the company if they want me around that long....and let's get real, the company will never offer 6&6 and 2k a month till SS.
