LL6 in PD here, just got a heads up that a major reorg will be announced today, expect an email at the end of day and town hall for 9 am tomorrow. I got some details on impacts in my area but won’t share here. I asked about layoffs but was just told I will get more details with everyone else.

When will they cut out the increased bonuses for HTHD? Software jobs are getting laid off all over the country. There is no reason to throw extra money at these dime a dozen employees anymore. It is not like Model E is even earning their base pay.

Far from it (OP here). This is what I am hearing from a legit source. Just wanted to know what other's are hearing..
IDK about reorgs. However, I keep finding that people have left the company, and not always by their own will. A couple of cases in the last month, both were let go, one was a remote worker. So I am not sure when the big layoff is coming, but it seems managers are frequently doing small cuts here and there.
