Salary bands for CL28 & CL29?

I am curious where I sit? If a CL29 makes $400K a year, is that in the range of what it should be? Upstream

The bands are upstream, downstream engineering and corp (I.e Law, HR). Some functions like IT are in Downstream.

CL29 can go to $350k easily and prob more if you rank well.

@2yuw+1swPrOjk no stock options or bonuses at CL 29 unfortunately

You may get RSUs based on performance but no bonus.

You getting stock options and bonuses at a CL 29. They d- sure making money but EM is life at that level. Just put me on an expat assignment and give me my $$$$. I'd imagine PDS for CL 28+ is ridiculous because it's really who you know at that point.

Wrong. A B C are not payscales. They are advancement guides. Pay is the same for CL independent of U/S or P/S or IT or Procurement or HR.

Which is why our costs are very high. We pay same for an engineer as an accountant as a lawyer as a chemist as a controller. It’s just based on CL. And CL is function of advancement guide

Late career mid ranked CL29 will finish in $420 -$450 range with the higher end in the Upstream. Adjusted for inflation, it’s about 20% below what similar people were paid just five years ago.

Have the upstream and downstream salary ranges been equalized with all the cross company moves in past few years?
