My call to fix an app issue went to India. Here is the conversation.
Me: Hello
Hello Sir, my name is Depika,
me: Hi Deepika, can you please help me fixing this issue please.....
Sorry sir, please call after two hours, this is our lunch time.
me: what, you will have lunch for 2 hours?
No sir...laughs :), please call after an hour.
Me: okay, and called after an hour
This time call went to Mahesh
Me: Hi Mahesh, can you help me fixing this issue...
Sorry sir, I don't know, but call after one hour
Me: Why
Mahesh: Sir, actually my supervisor knows how to fix this problem, but he went for tea.
Me: Got shocked and went for tea :)
