How funny that they’re going to surplus some departments to take away pension from service reps and senior consultants and taking away commission earnings for leverage reps. They know plenty of reps will leave and not continue the work. Now if you go look up call center jobs, these same locations are hiring people off the street for a measly $16 - $17 an hour maximum. How ridiculous is that? The company and your union don’t care about you at all

The call center workers don't really deserve $16 or $17 an hour. They are awful and don't help much.

Put the blame where it belongs, the company doesn’t care about the human capital, bargained and middle to lower management.
