Wfh are guaranteed to get an email in the coming months. We know the result. Come to an office is one message some will receive. Goodbye some others will receive. Why do you keep bringing this up? Apply for a job in a core mkt on site location if you want to stick around past 2027.

I just got an email from B. Utley today about how we are "expanding into the Raleigh market" with this change... the change being the 220 employees moving over to EDB, etc, queues. I wondered if that meant Raleigh was on the "safe" site list now. So confusing and almost zero transparency.
Raleigh is closing from what I was told. Not sure when. I tried to get an exception for one of my remote employees to go in there but it was denied.
They had a meeting with those moving & crickets with everyone else.
I get they are a corporation, but how are you so silent? At least talk to the employees so they can also be abreast of how to proceed or what is happening to them.
Auto has no direction and competing priorities. They change directionseveral times a year.
I definitely heard it was moving the Philippines.
Auto and Home Lending is so bloated and inefficient.
Auto will purge many and move roles offshore to India and Philippines.
