Technically we’re still FTEs during this time period. Do we continue to accrue PTO as well during these 2 mos?

I can confirm that you still accrue PTO during the noticer period. You will get a paycheck on the last day of your notice period (not after the usual 1-week lag) which will include the unused PTO.
Am Ineligible to work from home during the 60 day period?
The displacement package goes over this in the faq. Yes you continue to accrue until your termination date.
I was laid off and my notice period is now over I can confirm you still accrue pto during the 60 day notice period. Your pto is paid out on you last day of the notice period.
The last I heard (a few yrs ago), you have to work at least 4 hrs in a new month to accrue PTO for the month - be active more than one-half of a day in Peoplesoft. Unsure if this has changed since the move to Workday.
Yes you accrue during the 60 day period. If your end date is the first of the month, you'll get credit for that month.
You have to have working hours during a calendar month in order to accrue IIRC, so if you worked on June 1st, and got laid off on June 2nd, you'd get your PTO for June, but not any months after that. At least that's my understanding.
