Nobody gives a sh-t. Got a better offer. Also telling me that I needed to explain what happened here when I interview for new roles or else I wouldn’t get anything was ill advised advice. I never mentioned I got terminated and still I got a new job. Train your college new hires better technically then actually emphasizing soft skills
