Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Its EC vs Emp & we know who wins.

It’s disgraceful that commitment, hard work, and ethics have no value in the eyes of the current executive mgmt. They have landed here with personal agendas, having not been able to push them through in their previous orgs. The systemic destruction of profitable lines of business is abhorring. The Board isn't seeing the unethical cleansing and the impact it will have on clients and firm reputation. There is no respect for employee well being despite their claims to the contrary. Request folks to only share genuine information on ongoing layoffs to help each other.
The only outcomes that will make them rethink is interrogation by the Board, legal notice (on unethical PIP & layoff practices), penalties due to client impact or loss of business all of which may or may not happen. Nevertheless Karma is a bi--h and you can't get away from it. Good luck to impacted folks,

The ECs give off short king energy. Failed at the bigger banks, and wanted to just prove everyone wrong by joining BNY and restructuring anything and anyone. It gives them joy because they have so much anger, sadness and loneliness in their personal lives

When you have incompetence in charge of any organization, it's only a matter of time until something big, brown, and foul-smelling hits the fan and splatters all over the room!
Mark these words!
