I was fired for accountability. Due to wells fargo’s never ending system issues. Reported, screen shot, & emailed EVERY ISSUE. Manager said he didn’t know what was going on. Didn’t hesitate to fire me though. It was a ticket put in for our entire site. Literally everyone was having issues.

Did you work in CCAR?
@jqq+1t0xHuSp, once OP got terminated, he no longer has access to WF emails, so it may be a little difficult for him to bring the entire evidences unless he memorized all those emails or kept his own journal separately. That's why his dirty manager terminated him so quickly.
If true then complain to HR as they can verify via any email trail you left.
This is a classic case of "a manager throwing his staff under the bus" so that a coward manager can save himself. If your manager didn't know what was going on, then he is basically useless and shouldn't be collecting paychecks as a manager! Sigh...
What happened !??
The is no accountability on how managers treat their employees. They flat out lie to say their our skin and HR is complete joke. What else would you expect from a dirty corrupt organization. You wonder when asset cap will be lifted????
Were there write ups prior to?
You didn’t get fired for technology issues.
Had about 2 1 on 1’s he went through all of my times and said he didn’t know what was going on.
OP—-I’m sorry. Are you saying there wasn’t any other conversations about this during 1-1s?
Well, I guess it su-ks to be you.
