It is sad that everybody outside of wells fargo talks about the scandal that happened almost 8 years ago. If the reputation is so bad among the people, how do you convince the fed to lift the asset cap ?

You know how some old junky cars have a rag for a gas cap?
Wells Fargo has a rag for an asset cap.
There's a humorous metaphor somewhere in there, but it escapes me at the moment (HERB!).
