Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

WIM Allegations of Misconduct and Fraud

According to a Bloomberg report citing disclosures filed with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority last month, allegations include:

  • Mouse jiggling as fake work,
  • Fake interviews and hiring practices,
  • High corruption involving the sale of jobs and projects to India and third parties.

But only mouse jiggling in WIM got eye catch, no one worried on fake interviews, corruption, moving jobs to India. This is surprising!

At my old firms we built inhouse automation tools sanctioned by management. This was well before AI. Mouse jiggling is amateurish when AI can open accounts, do money movement, and other repetitious tasks. I encourage all of you to learn AI and then market that skill. AI can learn your job and for those in branches and operations, AI can do your work exponentially faster. Charlie is firing and offshoring when he could be using AI to eliminate most workers. In other words, he is missing opportunity. So I challenge all of you to build an AI tool and license it to other firms

Not difficult guys and you don’t need to buy something for computer. Tape ruler to bottom of small circulating fan on desk. Tape other end of ruler to mouse. Turn on fan, it moves mouse back and forth. Profit.

Wells Fargo culture was corrupt and in its old heart remains corrupt. Unless current middle management is replaced there will be no change.

Guys, be careful with these, as Ent. Inv. Is all over this in addition to our tech people. They have ways of identifying these devices even the wireless kind.

Manager here and I have been using a mouse jiggler for a few years and never had any issues. Probably because I am in COO, not in WIM. Those guys are closely being monitored with screenshots every few minutes because of FINRA.

Been here working from home for years. Using a jiggler the entire time. No problemo.

The jiggler just keeps the screen saver from activating nothing else.

More to the story here if there was a FINRA filing
