RTO for Hybrid Employees begins today 6/17

alright kids, the party is over ...

If you are a hybrid employee, as per Han's email last month, you are expected to begin reporting to your nearest hub at least twice a week starting today. HR will secretly begin monitoring badge activity, so don't think for one second that you will continue WFH without any repercussions...

For those that refuse to RTO, the VSP opt-in window begins today.

Happy RTO week

They track badge swipes and IP addresses that way people can't say they were in the office but walked in the door with somebody else who swiped their badge.

They email I received said both. I sure hope I don’t have to go in 8 times iin June. I’m sure there is some tracking report somewhere that will be failing people so hopefully someone fixes that.

The email said 8 days a month, not two days a week. For months with 5 weeks, that would be 10 days if that was the measure given.

RTO for the call centers isn’t happening because their performance on average is better. It’s a numbers game and they do better working from home.

Are call centers opening for sales representatives? When you were hired, it was agreed you would be in the office all week. Now you wanna answer callls in your pj’s and get paid the same. It’s amazing RTO hasn’t happened sooner.

I'm so sick of you work from home lazy people. I'm a troll and saw this. I'm not buying one of your low quality products again. And I drive a Ford Explorer ST... I have to work a real job 5 days a week... Making a difference. You are fu--ing laptop clickers who don't do any real work. Zoom meetings discussing pointless metrics... You people are so easy to hate!

HR and others will be monitoring RTO compliance via several methods. Not just badge swipe. Playtime’s over kiddies..

@gal+1t4VYujg Sam will decide then. I’ll give it 3-months before HRBPs begin questioning leaders about their team’s lack of badge activity

This is going to fail spectacularly! None off my department are going in.

I think if you 'refuse to RTO" you may be getting a different kind of separation.

It's going to be an interesting balancing act for a lot of people over the next couple of months.

With VZ I am not sure I’d trust them not to skip VSP for people who don’t show up 2x a week and fire them.

Yup I’m in the office after I clicked the button because I don’t want to lose the money.
